Frequently asked questions

From age 7 and 1.30 m tall, up to 130 kg, on electric karts with a speed limit adapted to age. Teens and adults drive the full-power version. The same conditions apply to the passenger of a two-seater kart.

It is strongly recommended, especially at weekends and during the holidays: booking online guarantees your slot. Walk-ins depend on how busy the centre is.

Helmet, balaclava and safety briefing are included; a race suit is available on request, and a neck brace can also be provided. Closed shoes are compulsory; avoid loose clothing.

Arrive 15 minutes before your slot, so you have time to settle in. Wear closed shoes and avoid loose clothing: we take care of the rest.

There is no age limit as such: the only requirement is to be in good physical shape, as for any other sport. Karting remains inadvisable for pregnant women and people with heart problems. Our karts are open from age 7 and 1.30 m tall, up to 130 kg. Beyond weight, build matters, in particular hip width: if in doubt, come and try sitting in a kart before buying your tickets at reception.

If your child is aged 7 to 9 or 10 to 13, you drive at the child or teen speed: speeds are not mixed, for your safety. Otherwise, book a two-seater kart (your child as a passenger, from age 7), by phone or online.

Yes: birthdays, stag and hen parties, afterwork, groups & associations, corporate seminars. Each format has its own package, and the track can be booked privately.

The karts are accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to steering-wheel paddles. Accessibility of the premises varies from centre to centre: check the page of the centre concerned or contact it directly.

If your payment has gone through, you will receive a first email with the invoice for your purchase, together with the ticket or gift voucher. If you have not received any emails, remember to check your spam folder. Otherwise, the online payment did not go through.
