The story

In August 2025, Speed2Max took over the Place de la Mairie in Commentry to give its residents a driving experience like no other, right in the heart of town.

On 1,500 m² set up for the occasion, the pop-up electric karting track stood opposite the town hall, whose elegant architecture provided a remarkable backdrop for the event. This historic setting, steeped in heritage, gave the day its unique character.

A chance for families and the whole community to celebrate the end of summer together at a friendly, unifying event, in the place you would least expect: the main square of their town. The whole set-up was fully dismantled in just 2 hours, with no lasting disruption to the public space.
